Overview
Our client is looking for a Corporate Solicitor with between 2 PQE to join this highly regarded, market leading law firm on a 6 months FTC. You will join the team to support on a wide range of issues to include a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and incorporations and restructurings. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, driven and client focused Solicitor with a corporate legal background to join this team. You will be committed to deliver exceptional client service and have the ability to work effectively both independently or as part of a wider team. Candidates should be able to demonstrate: Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales or another commonwealth jurisdiction. Upwards of 2 years' experience in handling a full corporate caseload - including corporate structuring, M&A and joint ventures. A strong corporate background obtained in leading City private practices. Capacity to work autonomously on a highly interesting and varied caseload. Ability to start at short notice.
