A well-established and very highly-rated mortgage brokerage in North-West London is looking to hire an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser for its successful team of high-earning Mortgage Brokers. This leading brokerage has been established for over 30 years, and since opening its doors, has experienced considerable success in the Mortgage and Protection industry. Whilst experiencing this success, this firm has retained its core members of staff who’ve helped to build this mini-empire into the recognised brand it is today, all whilst ensuring the staff turnover is kept incredibly low. After experiencing another positive year, full of new business enquiries and client satisfaction, this firm is looking to hire an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to take on new enquiries in a 100% leads provided role, with the ultimate goal to be as successful as the top earners in this firm. You’ll be working on leads that are provided from several new build sites, all of which have worked with this firm for several years. Whilst it’s not essential that you have experience within new build, it is certainly preferred, as you’ll be working in this area extensively. You will be working within a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere in a close-knit team. There’s no "hard sell" here, and no egos, so if you’re looking to work within an aggressive and cut-throat sales environment, then this probably won’t be for you You can expect a base salary of £30K - £33K with an OTE of up to £50K for the first year, increasing to £75K for the second, but the 'sky really is the limit’ for earnings. You’ll also be supported by a dedicated Admin Team who will process all paperwork and aftersales work, so your only focus will be on writing business. Whilst this opportunity sounds ideal, it must be stressed that the firm needs someone who is proactive, entrepreneurial, eager to write as much business as they can, and essentially, work well within a close-knit team. The Mortgage Advisors at this firm have worked together for a good number of years, so going solo won’t work here. You’ll be working 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri) and will be required to work every other Saturday (1 in 2), however on the plus side, you’ll have a day off in lieu mid-week and can work that Saturday from home It’s safe to say that this is an excellent long-term career option for an experienced Mortgage Broker in the city centre.
