Overview

Our client offers bespoke security solutions for the private and commercial sectors in and around London. We are looking for an in-house recruiter to help aid our clients ambitious growth plans and to recruit the right people in the right roles across their Group. The person that will be successful in the role will need to be willing to work in a fast paced environment. The job description is as follows: - To advertise roles available within the business inline with the managements requirements. - To carry out recruitment drives and to source potential applicants - To review C.V's and narrow down suitable applicants. Responding to all applications made, including declined applications. - To carry out pre interview checks, carry out telephone interviews and confirm viability prior to organising interviews for the Managers. - To complete induction process for all new applicants inline with company procedures. - To carry out pre vetting checks inline with BS7858 standards - General administration as required by the business The basic salary is £24,000 with On Target Earnings of £28,000, this is based on a bonus structure being in place for the placing of successful applicants. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
