Overview
SR2 are excited to be working with a fast growing, Cleantech company in Exeter, who since being established have won an array of awards for their highly innovative product helping to combat climate change. As well as having a positive impact on a large-scale problem, their product is also making a real difference to their customers, helping them to save money at the same time. Their product has been so successful, experiencing a 40% in sales in 2019, that they are now looking for a Senior PHP Developer to help develop their product further so that it can be scaled efficiently. As Back End Developer you will continue to develop their ground-breaking product, contributing to their customer-facing systems and helping with API development. You will ensure that the code is secure and delivered to a high standard. Working in a collaborative team of passionate developers you will also be an advocate for driving the best practices going forward and mentoring junior members of the team. Requirements: Extensive commercial experience as a PHP Developer Worked with PHP frameworks, Laravel, Symfony etc Experience building unit and regression tests Strong knowledge of SQL and/or MySQL A strong understanding of Docker / Kubernetes beneficial The company have been going from strength to strength, winning multiple awards and growing at a rapid rate.
