Overview
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will report directly to the Regional Director and be responsible for the commercial management of two large RC Frame and Groundworks projects within the Birmingham area. This is an opportunity for an experienced commercial professional that is capable of working autonomously and who would relish the chance to build a new division. We are looking to speak with Senior or experienced Quantity Surveyors who have a background in RC Frame and Groundworks and are commutable to the Midlands or would consider relocating. This is a key position for my client and they are open to discussing salary / tailoring packages to attract the right level of candidate.
