Overview
Permanent HR Data Insight Manager role Your new company This is a fantastic new permanent opportunity to join a well established organisation as a HR Data Insight Manager in the West Midlands. Your new role You'll primarily be responsible for leading the analytics team and managing the HR Systems. You'll drive the team to strengthen the capability and capacity to leverage data and support strategic decisions. You'll have ownership for all HR reporting, providing specialists analysis and project support where necessary. Working closely with stakeholders you'll translate requirements and then consult effectively at all stages. For example, develop a self-service reporting suite for the business. You'll also identify continuous improvement opportunities within HR to continually enhance the end user experience and also optimise the team's MI capability. What you'll need to succeed Extensive experience in development of MI reports Experience working with large complex data structures Advanced MS Excel High level knowledge of HR systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Leadership skills Other advantageous skills: Experience in application support or development environment. Experience of advanced reporting in Employee Central, SuccessFactors, and Cognos or other similar enterprise or HR system tools. Excellent knowledge of HRIS systems and processes.
