The Administration Officer (Call Monitoring) role The Housing and Asset Directorate is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to work in their Call Monitoring Service based at the Brook Street Office, Sutton. Duties will include dealing with queries over the telephone and administrative work. This post demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will need experience of working with the public in a call handling environment.
