Part-time HR Resourcing and Onboarding Executive Reference: J0223361 Salary: £28,000 per annum FTE Our client is looking for Resourcing and Onboarding Executive to join their established HR team in York. This role is currently offered as a Fixed term Contract until at least July 2020 and hours are part-time Would you like to work a 25-28 hour week with 30 days (FTE) annual holiday plus bank holidays? On-site parking with easy access from York’s outer ring road and easily accessed by public transport. Do you have a strong track record in recruitment, onboarding, induction and talent attraction? If you do, then, this could be the role for you. Duties will include: Shortlisting, interviewing and providing support through the selection process Advertising roles and sourcing candidates Liaising with recruitment agencies and managing the process of recruitment via agencies Managing pre-screening and online testing, assessment events as required and providing feedback Designing and delivering the recruitment strategy, aligning with wider HR strategy Ensuring ongoing attraction and development of key talent for the business Advising and managing applicants through the process Pre-employment checks, referencing and induction Supporting Business Development activities across the company The benefits package for this role is really strong and this is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established HR team in a successful and flourishing business.
