Overview

This is a unique and rare opportunity to join a UK-leading organisation based in York. Description The role of the HR Systems Manager is to lead a Systems team (7) who develop and maintain the technology required to support the HR Strategy, both in terms of the core HR digital platform but also the technology that supports efficient and effective service provision and transactional management. The main duties of this role are: Develop and maintain the HR Technology provision to support the HR Strategy. Ensure the seamless integration of HR policy, process and technology (through stakeholder engagement, robust process maps and expert input on best practice) Develop and implement the organisation HR data and insight model Lead and develop the HR Systems team The HR Systems Team currently maintains the following people systems: Resourcelink, E-recruiter, Kronos, Dashboard, Zendesk, Tableau ensuring their smooth running by checking interfaces, data-flow and accuracy, analysing problems and providing solutions, liaising with internal and external suppliers when necessary. One important aspect of the role will be to develop partnerships with policy and process owners, identifying, developing and delivering both tactical and strategic HR systems enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness to enable our HR strategy. Overseeing these developments in a project management capacity, you will work closely with the IT team and users to enhance current integrations and interoperability. Profile If you are interested in how HR plays a part in delivering the wider people strategy, enjoy working as part of a team and can bring a positive and curious approach coupled with great knowledge of how technology can support an organisation's people proposition and have the following experience then this please do apply Educated to degree level or equivalent further education Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience Experience of managing technology, processes, data and insight to deliver against an agreed strategy Detailed knowledge and understanding of HR Systems and their integration with people processes and policy A proven ability to work flexibly and deliver results across multiple, significant pieces of work, balancing competing priorities within the context of a complex and changing environment Job Offer Depending on experience the salary range for this role is £40,000 - £49,500 flexible and agile working environment and excellent benefits
