Graduate / Mid Level Developer Location: Chichester Salary: Dependant on experience Hours/Contract: Full Time This company is full of specialist design consultants who work within healthcare and behavioural change. Their expertise has been defined over the last 30 years by partnering with their clients, to meet their specific customer needs. Job Description They are looking for a Graduate or Mid Level Developer responsible for mid-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of their existing deliverables and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating back-end entities to the front-end elements built by your co-workers into many applications, both web and native. Required skillset Core ability with Visual Studio C#, ASP .NET Awareness of CMS like Umbraco Experience with markup syntax like Razor etc. GIT Practical experience of source code version control (GitHub prefered). Appreciation of end-to-end processes. From conceptualisation design and the architecture of products, through to deployment and service level support with our clients. Clean technical documentation, procedures and guideline implementation. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, optimising for maximum speed and scalability. Desirable Skills Being able to handle front end requests: JavaScript, JQuery, HTML/CSS/XML/JSON and any experience of frameworks, e.g. Data Driven d3.js, Angular, React, three.js. Awareness of MySQL, SQL, MongoDB, AWS Work with designer's file types: Sketch, Zeplin.io, MarvelApp, Adobe Creative Suite. Personal skills Strong interpersonal team skills Excellent problem-solving acumen Good communication and a sense of humour Must be self-motivated and highly organised Ability to prioritise and execute tasks efficiently Personal desire to learn and stay up-to-date Qualifications B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, equivalent preferred. The candidate will have access to highly secure medical data and may be vetted for suitability.
