Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce we are recruiting a Female Director of Nursing for our client based in Saudi Arabia. Department Name: Nursing Administration Position: Director of Nursing with Masters (MSc) (Female) Gender Requirements: FEMALE applicants only Education/LicensureRequired: • Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing • Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration or equivalent Program. • A valid license to practice as Registered Nurse. Professional Experience Required: • Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in Nursing Management and leadership. • Previous (3) years’ experience as Director of Nursing/Nursing Management at a level directly reporting to a Nursing Director . • Previous experience in Middle Eastern Healthcare Delivery. Specialized Knowledge: • Knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement and Patient Safety. • Experience with Medical Services Standards for Tertiary Hospital. Salary: Salary will be based on the qualification and experience starting from 35,000 Saudi Riyals per month (Negotiable).
