Herts Good Care is a non-profit company, supporting adult care providers across Hertfordshire to fill their permanent positions. We are currently working with Eureka Care to find a Care Assistant to join their team. Job Shift: Days or Nights, Evenings and Weekends Location: Potters Bar Type of Provider: Home Care (Domiciliary) Supporting: Older Adults Salary: £9.50 Per Hour Hours of Work: 0-40, different contracts available Driving Required: Yes Contract Type: Full Time Contract Part Time Contract 0 Hours Contract About the company We are one of the leading providers of Home Care Services in North London and have recently expanded our team to cover Hertfordshire, anywhere within the Potters Bar & Hertford areas. Providing a high quality of care in the comfort of their own home. The aim is to support clients with their daily activities using a person-centred approach & to preserve independence and dignity. Assisting elderly and vulnerable adults with domestic care including shopping, laundry and light housework. Providing Service Users with emotional support & maintaining their independence. What makes the perfect Care Assistant? Various hours available: Full Time Work or Part time Work(Either every weekend or at least 2 weekends a month), Mornings/Evenings and weekend work or Weekends only Full training is provided so experience is not necessary however is advantageous. Caring, Kind, & Enthusiastic Driving is not mandatory 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people Willing to undertake Personal Care tasks including bathing & toileting Able to follow Care Outlook’s policies & procedures Be comfortable working within either a team setting or lone working Some Care-based experience is preferable but not essential You must have the right to work in the UK Hold a current or willing to undertake a DBS check (Disclosure & Barring Service) If you are interested in this position please apply today and we will call you within the next couple of days.
