Company Description Home Instead Senior Care is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum visits of one hour, award winning training and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match our CAREGivers to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enables us to provide personalised support. We do require our CAREGivers to have transport to enable you to visit clients in locations that are poorly serviced by public transport. Job Description We are seeking Part-Time CAREGivers to join our team covering clients in Potters Bar, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City and Borehamwood not forgetting all the small surrounding villages. We are seeking people who truly care and are passionate about helping clients achieve a happier and more comfortable existance. Our CAREGivers provide personal care to our clients, and this may mean helping a client bathe and dress in the morning, or maybe assist with changing incontinence pads when needed. Depending on the personal care plans of each individual you may be cooking their breakfast, hoovering their carpets of collecting their shopping. It could also mean you taking them to a social visit or going for a walk in the park. Each day is different in the life of a CAREGiver so we are looking for people with a lot of common sense. We do not need you to be experienced, we are happy to give you our Award Winning training to ensure you are fully competent and will have you shadow an experienced CAREGiver in the early days of joining us.
