Company Description Award Winning Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow our clients to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. Growing older can be very stressful for some people, so can you imagine taking someone out of their home too? Our CAREgivers allow older people to remain independent whilst in the comfort oft heir own homes. We offer a variety of services that include Companionship involving a cup of tea and interesting conversation; HomeHelp running errands and collecting prescriptions and Personal Care which involves help with bathing, dressing and grooming. We do require all our CAREGivers to have their own transport as you may need to visit clients who are not well serviced by public transport. Job Description We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients in Potters Bar. As a CAREGiver, with Home Instead you will provide a variety of services to keep our clients safe and independent in their own home's, which is where we believe they should be. Our CAREgivers visit our clients for a minimum of one hour per visit and this allows you to build relationships with clients and their families and truly get to know the people you are working with. No experience is necessary as full training is given to all new CAREGivers and will be refreshed throughout your career with us. We carefully match our clients and CAREGivers based on similar hobbies and interest's. All of our calls are a minimum of 60 minutes so you will have time to deliver an excellent standard of care and have enough time to enjoy getting to know your clients. Our services are non-medical and can include companionship, home help, personal care, meal preparation, post-hospital care, support with hobbies & interests and much more!
