Service Delivery Manager High Wycombe £45,000pa Have you got experience working in a Service Delivery role in the ICT industry? Do you have an ITIL certificate? If so, then this could be the job for you Our Client is a highly successful and established technology business with an impressive, prestigious customer base who have an ambitious future growth plan. They are looking for a service driven professional to be responsible for the service lifecycle of the client, from pre-sales, project management and lifetime service support. The Service Manager will manage customer accounts in line with contractual requirements and financial targets. You will gain a good understanding of the customers’ business objectives and develop solutions to support ongoing growth of the relationship and ensuring retention. The duties will include, but are not limited to: Conduct regular review meetings with the customer ensuring service is reviewed. Provide performance reports to customers Develop and manage service improvement plans to exceed customer expectations Act as the primary interface with the customer, being responsible for all operational issues relating to service delivery Work closely with Sales to represent Service Delivery to win business Ensure all service issues are resolved with minimum impact to the customer Manage the SLA with the customer The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Service Delivery position in the ICT industry Strong ITIL training to V3 Foundation level as a minimum. Considerable service knowledge and experience of Unified Communications, WAN, Fixed Line, Broadband, IP Telephony & Cloud. Excellent skills and experience in relationship management with Customers Ability to manage and influence multiple teams that do not report to the role A high level of competence in written and verbal communication Good presentation skills Understanding of contractual requirements and obligations Ability to work under pressure Full clean UK driving licence Willingness to travel to Customer locations throughout the UK Responsive and committed to your customer The recruitment process for this opportunity is likely to move swiftly so if you are interested, please apply ASAP with an up to date CV.
