The Role Working as part of the Customer Services team, managing all aspects of customer care and service. You will provide excellent support and care to a loyal customer base, working in a vibrant and dedicated contact centre support team. Key Responsibilities This is a Customer Focused Role, with the aim to provide a first-class service to a loyal customer base. You will be responsible for… Working inbound and outbound calls Responding to customer enquiries Handling and resolving customer complaints Providing product and service information to Customers Maintaining the bespoke admin system Processing customer applications Identifying issues that need to be escalated Completing call backs where necessary Working towards set targets Managing customer accounts and communications across all channels (Telephone, Email, Live Chat) Answer questions about the product details and the company Assist customers with any technical issues experienced Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance targets About You You will need to be a driven and determined individual, with a passion for providing great service, communicating with people and building relationships.
