EMEA Payroll Specialist - Reading - 2 month contract - £190 -£220 per day A leading software company based in Reading require a Payroll Specialist for a period of three months. This is a fantastic role working in state of the art offices. Key Duties: Provide consolidated files to local payroll partners for processing Review payroll output for accuracy and liaise with payroll partners to correct any errors Prepare full supporting data for any payroll payments required Provide supporting data to finance to allow for accurate recording of payroll costs Provide accurate and timely payroll data to other departments and auditors as and when required SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS End to end EMEA Payroll cycle experience working with outsourced payroll partners Knowledge of SOX I.T literate including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Advanced excel (V-lookups, Pivots and Sum-IF) Other skills Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Flexible approach to work The ability to work effectively under pressure, independently or within a team environment The integrity to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion High level of accuracy and attention to detail Numerate Applications are encouraged from all candidates meeting or exceeding the minimum criteria for the role regardless of age, disability, gender, orientation, race, religion or ethnicity.
