Job Description

Fortinet is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Program Manager with previous experience driving staffing initiatives, including but not limited to University recruiting, Early talent programs, diversity initiatives and employer branding. The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of the competitive nature of Talent Acquisition and how it relates to Fortinet's continued growth and success. The scope of the role covers the EMEA region, i.e. +45 countries with a specific focus on France, UK, Germany and the Czech Republic. The position reports to the Sr. HR Director EMEA with a dotted line to the Sr. Manager Staffing in order to coordinate the design and implementation of the programs with our team of in-house Recruiters. Responsibilities: * Design and implement a comprehensive university recruiting program for technical and sales university graduates. * Design and implement a formal early talent program in conjunction with university recruiting. * Work closely with HR Business Partners to drive diversity initiatives. * Design and implement a recruiting events strategy in partnership with HR & Talent Acquisition leadership. * Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Communications and other stakeholders to boost Fortinet's employer brand presence internally and externally. * Take ownership of messaging on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, our company career site, and other relevant media outlets. Required Skills: * 5-8 years of relevant Talent Acquisition, Project Management, Recruiting/HR Operations experience * Fluent English and either French, German or Czech. * Knowledge of recruiting processes and technology * Proven experience designing, building, implementing and maintaining programs that enable hiring efforts * Ability to influence stakeholders, think proactively, and work both independently and collaboratively on project teams * Experience driving projects to completion * Ability to work well in a fast paced and fluid environment Education: * MS in HR or Business Administration #LI-EF1
