HR Advisor - Pay Review. London. £300 - £350 per day. Initial 4 month contract Inside IR35 One of the worlds' largest professional services firms is currently looking for a Pay Review Consultant to join their People Solutions team within HR. Your role Support efficient and effective delivery of the firmwide pay review project. Focus on client delivery and manage expectations to ensure high quality outcomes, whilst being mindful of the customer journey. Provide effective support to Managers on the delivery of the pay review project Support service line HR teams to achieve their strategic HR goals in relation to Reward Responsible for managing specific tasks and stakeholder groups within a project work stream, ensuring deadlines are met. May take responsibility for managing discreet projects or work streams within projects. Provide consistent and appropriate data and analytics to support pay review delivery that is relevant and accurate Requirements: Experience of supporting pay review activity for large organisations, working as part of a pay review delivery team A strong base line of core HR competence and experience at an HR Advisor/Consultant level
