NURSE - RGN £17.00 Per Hour / Permanent / York / Full Time Time Recruitment is proud to be helping our client in their search for a committed and enthusiastic Nurse. Our client is committed to provide intensive assessment and rehabilitation for a spectrum of neurological conditions and takes great pride in the fact that a high percentage of patients are discharged home which provides all staff with a high level of job satisfaction. Nurse responsibilities include: Exercise general and professional supervision of nursing and care staff on shift. Supervise nursing and care activities according to pre-set care plans. Carry out all procedures relating to the administration of medication when required, as specified by the current legislation and NMC and registration guidelines. Be aware of the emotional and pastoral/spiritual needs of staff, residents, guests and their relatives, and provide support and guidance as appropriate. Assist in the rehabilitation care pathway as agreed by the MDT. Nurse Requirements include: RGN and Registered member of NMC Ability to make important decisions affecting the health and welfare of the residents and guests. Ability to make decisions, in line with policy and guidance, regarding the day-to-day operation of the centre in the absence of the senior management team.
