Overview
We are working with a client in South Molton who are looking for a passionate HR Advisor to their team and provide exceptional people advice to their business. Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where your technical HR knowledge is stretched? We are looking for someone to guide and support our managers and employees with all matters relating to employee relations. This is a full time permanent position. Responsibilities will include: Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on the full range of Employee Relations services across the employment lifecycle. This may include - Contractual matters and terms and conditions, Return to Work interviews, Absence, Redundancies, Employee investigations, Flexible Working applications etc. Review, update and draft any new Company employment policies and POD procedures. To work in an agile manner to coach and support employees and managers regarding their queries and concerns, offering best practice advice and solutions. Deliver internal ER Training to share knowledge and provide expert advice. As a strong communicator, to develop rapport over the telephone or in person through active listening, solutions based thinking and appropriate challenge where necessary to achieve positive outcomes. Requirements: You must hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle for business use, as the role will require occasional business travel which will be expensed The ideal candidate will have a wealth of proven and up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice. You will also have experience of case / project management CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is desirable or demonstrable experience Resilient and able to work well under pressure Good level of employment law knowledge Competitive salary plus employee benefits including staff discount, pension, excellent learning and development opportunities.
