Overview
An incredibly personable business who are a market leader in their field is currently recruiting a Finance Manager to join their Romsey office. This small organisation offers free parking, flexible working hours and a collaborative workforce. The Finance Manager role is a key position, being the sole contact from all financial transactions in a fast-paced environment. The Finance Manager will be needed to complete a variety of tasks, anything from general ledger duties to providing management information to the Directors. To be considered, you must have a hands-on approach and enjoy where no day is the same Reporting to the Managing Director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the following: Bank reconciliations for multiple currencies Preparing and posting journals Monthly management accountants including budget and forecasts VAT returns - EEC Sales Listings - Instrastat Prepare Payroll Purchase ledger / Sales ledger duties Processing bank transactions Expenses Supporting and liaising with the auditors What you'll need to succeed: ACA / ACCA / CIMA / strong QBEs will be considered Worked in the following roles: Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Finance Supervisor Group Finance Manager Experience of the following accounting systems: Sage, SAP, Oracle & Dynamics Experience within the following sectors: Public Sector, Trust, Private Education, NHS & Charity sectors What you will get: Free parking Flexible working hours Free gym membership Friendly and trusting environment The Niche Partnership is acting as a recruitment business in relation to this role.
