Our client is looking for a Finance Reporting Manager:


Responsibilities


- Lead the preparation, analysis, and timely submission of financial statements, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). 

- Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 

- Carefully monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions on a monthly basis and ensuring that variances are resolved in a timely manner. 

- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts and accountants, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities. 


Requirements


- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus. 

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and general ledger management, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities. 

- Previous experience in a shared service environment is highly desirable

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAGE, Oracle).
