Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce that we are working exclusively with one of the world’s largest engineering service providers who are recruiting a HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Job Title: HR Advisor Based: Nottingham Type: Permanent Salary: Negotiable Reports to: Head of HR Role Summary: The position holder is responsible for supporting the business strategy by providing generalist HR advice and support to line and regional managers with ER issues. The role will involve coaching and advising managers on a wide range of HR activities, including TUPE, disciplinary, grievance, recruitment, flexible working and redundancy matters. This is an Employee Relations focused role. Key Responsibilities: Professionalise and streamline all areas of the HR function across the organisation Continuous improvement to achieve all targets for operational performance Manage change Manage employee relations Manage all operational HR Issues to an effective outcome Develop and manage the training for all departments across the business The role requires occasional travel within the UK with occasional overnight stays Essential Requirements: CIPD Level 3 or above Previous experience working in HR Responsible attitude Clean and tidy appearance Professional, structured and organized approach Computer literate Initiative, enthusiasm, dedication, commitment Excellent, interpersonal skills to communicate on all levels For more information on this opportunity please contact Anthony Antoniou at Imperial Professionals.
