Overview

The Role / To provide an efficient and proactive Administrative and Technical support service for HR.net (known internally as My HR) within the My HR Support team. My HR is an in house HR system and is highly customisable and has become one of the chief systems within the UK organisation. Support is given to the 5500 users in the UK, Ireland and Germany and is rolling out to the rest of Europe. The role is created to provide support to the HR System Manager. The individual must be highly organised, flexible and able to clearly priorities their duties and work on their own initiative. Must possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and be computer literate to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Duties include: The successful candidate will possess excellent writing and communication skills. The candidate must be able to communicate professionally via email and phone. Be the first point of contact for the My HR Support team via telephone and e-mail for system users Provide resolution of basic queries from users and escalate as required Carry out monthly excel reconciliations between the My HR and payroll systems Production of reports using Microsoft Excel and Word (including mail merges) Answer telephone in a professional manner and redirect or take messages efficiently and accurately Maintenance and housekeeping of My HR System Creation of basic workflows with training Linking up with our third party suppliers for system issue resolution Assist the HR System Manager as and when required In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time. Training will be provided.
