Overview
Accounts Assistant An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of London’s most awarded plumbing and heating companies. We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team. Would ideallyl suit someone that is either part qualified or interested in working towards formal qualification in accountance such as ACCA. Benefits: -Competitive salary -Training and Development such as working towards ACCA or CIMA qualification -28 days annual leave, including bank holidays Duties and Responsibilities: ·The maintenance of adequate internal controls for revenues for the company ·The accurate and timely processing of all daily revenue reports and discounted and void check reports ·The processing and raising of sales ledger invoices ·The preparation of weekly bank reconciliations ·The maintenance of adequate internal controls of expenses for employees and management ·The accurate and timely processing of all invoices received and supplier payments ·The preparation of accounting journals and reconciliations for month end reporting • Accounts payable function - processing and coding invoices, routing invoices out for payment, • Raising due claims payments - ensuring payments are logged and back up is attached.
