Overview
Are you passionate about making a significant difference to the lives of people with mental health issues, learning difficulties and with vulnerable adults? We are looking for Support Workers to join the team covering services in North and West London. This isn't simply just a job, this is a calling and your chance to build an enriching career. Ideally you will have you have previous experience working within supported housing and with people that have mental health support requirements. You will work as part of a team providing an environment where people with complex and challenging needs are encouraged to live as independently as possible. You will support the customers to develop and expand their life skills so that they can lead full and active lives within the community. Location: London - services in a variety of areas. We will work very carefully to ensure you work as close to where you live as possible Permanent, 40 hours per week - Actual hours will depend on the requirements of the service and the 24-hour shift pattern. This will include sleepovers, weekends and some anti-social hours £18208 per annum benefits including 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and pension scheme.
