Role:W ard manager band 7 location: South London - Putney Team: Nero-disability, learning disability with experience in Long term care - South West London- An exciting position has come up for an experienced Ward Manager looking for a Specialised Charity Hospital in a leading disabilities centre. You will be apart of a structured established specialist team in a leading specialist hospital. Working at a band 7 you will be working to support the following: Brain Injury - rehabilitation long term care- end of life care Behaviour- mental health and learning disabilities Applicants who wish to take a step up in to a band 6 from a band 7 are also welcome. Working to support on a specialist ward will give you a unique exposure of person-centred patient/resident care through the provision of leadership and direction to nursing teams.This position is also an exciting way for you to take the next step into a higher pay/seniority band. You will be able to be apart of a unique leadership role while being supported by 3 other Matrons and other 3 Ward Managers, Ward Sisters/Charge Nurses and Head of Nursing. This will develop your skills as well as allowing you to work towards achieving high levels of evidence - based care residential and hospital care.
