Overview
My Client is a Children's Home in Kent who are looking for a Therapeutic Support Worker to join them ion a permanent basis. The Home makes up part of a Charity that has a long and successful history of providing integrated programmes of care, education and treatment for traumatised children and young people with complex emotional and psychological needs. The role entails safeguarding and promoting the welfare and wellbeing of children and young people to develop to their full potential. The Charity encourages and facilitates learning and development by offering opportunities to undertake further psychotherapeutic and management training, leading to a range of academic and professional qualifications.
