Your new role We are looking for an ambitious, professional, conscientious social worker to join our social care team in the Ealing Children's Integrated Response Service (ECIRS). ECIRS (incorporating MASH) provides single front door access for all concerns about children. ECIRS is our front door service being the first point of entry for anyone worried about children in Ealing and incorporates a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) service. Our MASH brings together a range of statutory and non-statutory resources involved in safeguarding the welfare of children in the borough, such as Police, Public protection, Housing, Early Help, Probation and health. We work together to provide the highest level of knowledge and analysis - ensuring that activity and intervention is timely, proportionate and necessary. Our focus is to determine and deliver the most appropriate level of intervention and support. We provide intervention with families consisting of visits, to aid determination of thresholds and identifying if statutory or non-statutory intervention is needed. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for experienced social workers, as passionate about practice as they are about performance, who want to make a real difference to both the lives of vulnerable children and the service they are part of.
