Programme Document Controller Starting salary £40k £45k plus benefits Based in Central London The Opportunity Would you like to get involved in on of the most exciting programme of works in the UK that is going to revolutionise the daily lives of commuters in London? This project is to roll out 4G mobile connectivity across the underground sections of the London Underground network. Ready to play your part? Then read on The Role As a Programme Document Controller , your role is manage and oversee documents for a particular programme or project. The document controller is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. They control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments. The role supports the Programme team in the effective organisation of the day to day activities maintaining excellent relationships with the Operations and Transport for London teams. The Candidates we want We would like to speak to you if you have proven experience in a Programme Document Controller role. Desireable experience across: Large-scale Engineering / Telecommunications infrastructure projects Multi-site projects requiring tracking of contractual deliverables and milestones TfL / Underground project Network Rail projects CrossRail knowledge/awareness of TfL's Pathway Project management methodology or Network Rail's equivalent 'GRIP' process or general Prince2 IT Skills Data Management Systems such as Sharepoint The Next Steps If this sounds like you, or you would like to find out more about this opportunity then you have two options Call Stephen on the number below to find out more.
