Overview
Reporting to the Transactions Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing the Accounts Payable function. Client Details Growing global FMCG company at the forefront of their market. Description Input all supplier invoices received - request for authorization. Forecasting of payments. Prepare payment proposal for authorization. Set up supplier's details on HSBC. Upload payment run onto HSBC. Process payments on SAGE once they are approved. Send remittances / proof of payments to suppliers. Maintain good relationships with suppliers. Supplier reconciliations. Process improvements to ensure the smooth running of the AP function in a rapidly expanding business environment. Profile An individual with a strong work ethic and will-power. Experience in an international payment environment Track record of improving processes and contributing to the development of the AP function. Working in a small team with a high volume of invoices.
