An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded, ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join an incredibly successful Regional House Builder based near Leatherhead. The Company This thriving Regional House Builder has projects across the south of London. As such, they are looking for a goal-oriented Project Quantity Surveyor within a commutable distance from the area. The role comes with extensive career progression with the idea that the successful Project QS will become a number 2 to the company's Head of Commercial. So could prove to be the perfect opportunity for a Project QS looking to take the next step in their career. The Project Quantity Surveyor The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have A successful track record working on projects from start to finish Experience running residential projects Experience working with a main contractor or developer In Return?
