Job Description
Looking for a Senior Project Manager with previous project experience in Upstream Oil and Gas (Offshore). Needs to demonstrate Project Management leadership on mid to large scale Offshore projects ($10 million to $100 million revenue). Need to be able to set project execution strategies and articulate these to client and KBR teams. Needs to be able to report progress, present at project status reviews (monthly) and interact with client on progress, change management etc. Should be able to demonstrate ability to drive and co-ordinate work share with HVEC or other offices and be client facing. Job will vary but needs to have proven track record to lead and delivery projects both at pre-feed, FEED and Detailed Design or EPcm type phases of Offshore Oil and Gas projects including Brownfield projects. A combination of phases is really important as well. Must be able to lead a team of up to 100 people . Flexibility to function as study manager (Pre-FEED / Studies), FEED PM or Senior Delivery Manger and same for EPcm phase. Being flexible to these roles is desirable for the role. REQUIRED SKILLS Project Management experience in the Upstream Oil and Gas industry Degree qualified but specific degree does not matter. Needs to demonstrate ability to lead a team of 50-100 people (or more), interact with client, report internally and externally to KBR/Client etc. Must have Offshore experience and ideally Caspian project experience.
