KBR P roject: Facilities Management Integrator Job Title: Project Manager - Building Management Technology Location: Leatherhead, Surrey Role Description: We are seeking a project management professional with experience working in the Facilities Management sector, with a working knowledge of Building Management Systems and preferably with experience of delivering Energy Management and Internet of Things technology based projects. Responsibilities include end-to-end management of technology based projects to drive efficiencies and benefits for customers. Generation of new business through creation of proposals for client gateway approval and securing client funding offering a return on investment for both KBR and our clients is fundamental to the role. Additional business growth opportunities are to be identified. It is expected that you will ensure a 'Zero Harm' approach to Health and Safety. Typical project delivery activities will include: * Stakeholder engagement * Facilitating meetings * Progress reporting * Identifying and tracking benefits realised * Controlling quality of deliverables * Managing budgets * Being the clients point of contact * Managing specialist consultants and sub-contractors * Working with and managing deliverables from the client's other contractors * Support the wider KBR Intelligent Estates Solution team with programme delivery. E xperience and Skills * Track record of successful project management and delivery * Experience of the Facilities Management sector * Evidence of producing compelling business cases, to interpret/improve consultant's documents and to produce reports * Working knowledge of Building Management Systems * Energy management would be beneficial * Business process analysis * Autonomous worker * Good interpersonal skills and familiar with working in a collaborative environment * Good presentation and communication skills in order to engage with clients * Understanding of good HSE practices in the workplace Essential Qualifications * At least 5 years project management experience * Relevant technical / engineering qualification, minimum HND level * Be able to obtain appropriate security clearance (application will be made via KBR) Preferred Qualifications * Project management qualification * BEng in relevant discipline * Energy Management * Trend BMS * At least 2 years of experience in a BMS related role Desirable Experience/Qualifications * Degree and/or post graduate degree in a relevant subject or equivalent qualification by experience e.g. building services engineering * Experience/knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) e.g. Trend, Schneider * Experience of Energy Management Systems (ISO 50001) * Experience of working with or for a Facilities Management organisation * Experience of Computer Aided Facilities Management systems e.g. IBM Maximo, FSI Concept Evolution
