Overview

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our client based in Chinnor. Successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of accounts and great organisation skills. Main Duties: Bookkeeping experience ideally on Xero online Producing and maintaining reports Assisting with bank, credit card and PayPay reconciliations Manage petty cash expenses Purchasing office stationary and supplies Organising maintenance for office equipment and machinery Undertake general office duties as required by Directors / senior members of staff Diaries booking travel arrangements, meeting rooms preparations etc. First point of contact for incoming calls Candidate requirements: A strong working knowledge of accounts including VAT Advanced with Word, Excel and general software systems Excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detail Good at planning to ensure deadline are met Organised and independent Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Result driven friendly team player Benefits: 28 days holiday including Bank Holiday Pension Scheme Salary: £20,000 - £27,000 / year, depending on experience Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
