Overview

Our client a successful international organisation are looking to add an experienced Account Manager to their small friendly team. This is a Full Time Permanent position, and due to the clients location a driving licence is essential. As an Account Manager you will be first port of call for new and existing customers enquiries into the business. Processing customer sales and upselling additional products in order maximise value to our clients and increase business revenue. You will also take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, delivering excellent customer service via both inbound and outbound communication. The Role: Ownership of accounts portfolio Outbound customer contact regarding payment applications Inbound query management via phone, email and online chat software Contact new and existing customers to promote the services we offer Upsell and cross sell additional products Build relationships with potential contractor clients to nurture and convert leads Liaise with internal departments regarding new products Adhere to compliance requirements To maintain a high degree of product knowledge Skills and Experience Specification: Essential Have experience in delivering amazing customer service Enjoy working in a dynamic sales environment Are comfortable in talking to people over the phone, with the ability to easily build rapport with customers Have strong active listening skills Enjoy working in a fast-paced team Are motivated to achieve positive results and reach targets Computer Literate Desirable Telesales or call centre experience Paul Mitchell Associates is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
