Job Description
An expanding and successful insurance broker based in central Leicester are expanding and have a new opportunity for a Real Estate & Construction Account Handler to join their team and are INTERVIEWING RIGHT NOW should they see a suitable candidate. The role would really suit a candidate in the early stages of their career who is looking for a position which will offer the opportunity to step up into an executive position in the future if this is what they desire in years to come. Supporting the Company Directors and Account Executives, your day to day duties will include checking tenants details, addresses, checking values, leasing with underwriters and insurers and negotiating rates. This is a rewarding, yet labour intensive position so you will need to have the right attitude and be a hard worker. You'll need to have a really high attention to detail, be focused and really know and understand the real estate and property world and how it works, a strong understanding of Real Estate Buyers will be key to be successful in the position. Candidates will be only be considered from an insurance broking background, and must have a good understanding of commercial insurance, those who have dealt with commercial property such as property owners will be highly considered.
