Now, we are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team in Central London and support our Finance Function. The Role As an Accounts Administrator, after an initial training period, you will undertake a range of duties to support the healthy finances of our company. You will also provide cover for our Receptionist on a daily basis. Specifically, you will focus on money coming into the company through effectively processing invoices into the sales ledger. You will also deal with clients and chase payments for unpaid bills. Your role will also involve: - Using accounting software (Sage 200) to create invoices and uploading these to a central system - Sending invoices to clients - Assisting the Accounts Manager with daily banking activities and allocating receipts - Updating spreadsheets - Responding to client queries - Covering reception between 9:00 and 9:30 and 13:30 and 14:30 as well as for full days when the Receptionist is absent About You To be considered as an Accounts Administrator, you will need: - A Levels at grade C or higher (or equivalent) - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - The ability to multitask - Attention to detail Previous office and/or accounts experience would be beneficial to your application, but this is by no means essential. Other organisations may call this role Office Administrator, Accounts Assistant, Junior Accounts Assistant, Trainee Accounts Assistant, Trainee Accountant, Accounts Clerk, Accounts Ledger Assistant, Ledger Administrator, Finance Assistant, Finance Clerk, or Finance Administrator.
