Administrative Officer 10 - 12 Weeks £14.79 Based in Central London Adecco are currently recruiting for an Administrative Officer for a prestigious university based in Central London. The purpose of the assignment is twofold: To provide a comprehensive office co-ordination support service for and on behalf of the Communications Division To support the two Interim Directors with their diary management and other tasks as arising Main duties will include: Meeting and assisting visitors (scheduled and walk-ins) and ad hoc visitor hospitality Monitoring the stationery cupboard and kitchens; ordering office and kitchen supplies Logging maintenance calls and liaising with colleagues from other service divisions (e.g. Estates; DTS; Reprographics) General administration support (including copying, scanning, filing) Support to recruiting managers (interview packs, candidate co-ordination) Action correspondence, emails, phone calls as arising for the two Interim Directors Setting up meetings and booking meeting rooms (order catering where required) Booking occasional travel Ad hoc tasks and project work Previous Higher Education experience is desirable but not essential.
