Overview
We are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to join a great local authority on a part time basis. The Property Lawyer role will involve picking up a mixed caseload of property law matters, such as; Leases Licences Acquisition and disposals Residential and commercial land transactions Leases and general landlord and tenant work Title Work Drafting the appropriate documents required for land transactions, contracts and agreements The successful candidate for the Property Lawyer role will join a friendly and welcoming property team. The team are looking for some support on a 3 day per week basis whilst permanent recruitment is in process. The role is likely to last 3 months, however there is the possibility the role will be extended beyond that.This organsiastion is a sought after place to work, and offer excellent hourly rates as well as the opportunity to work 1 day per week from home. Whilst public sector experience is preferable, we encourage candidates from a private practice background to apply.
