Behaviours: Knowledge of relevant procedures Level of customer Service Team Player Health and safety awareness and knowledge Communication Job Description Job objectives and responsibilities As part of the Service Management Function within the Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) Delivery Management Unit (DMU), to support the business areas within your sphere of responsibility to effectively manage their space solutions, by optimising the available space and effectively challenging requests, in line with the wider organisational strategy. To work alongside the Regional Facilities Managers and other key stakeholders to understand divisional demand and create innovative solutions that full fill business requirements aligned to strategic property plans. Manage open property related requests, ensuring timely delivery through compiling conurbation packs and chairing fortnightly stakeholder calls as a means to share updates and support with the governance around such things as updated floor plans. Main duties To drive completion of all BAU tactical property moves and new space demand within areas of responsibility, whilst ensuring aligned to wider Strategic initiatives Ensure all PWR's raised are appropriate and in line with agreed definition. Provide proposed floorplan solution to all PWR's within agreed 5 day SLA. Where this isn't achievable, the business needs to be made aware with a revised date. Manage the PWR to completion. No PWR should be marked as complete until all necessary outputs are signed off Maintain up to date records of all open property requests, ensuring the Regional Facilities Managers are well informed so to provide updates the business Ensure that floor plans and occupancy data held within the SPACE management system is accurate and used to support with all property requests Implement an 18 month building audit programme to validate the floor plans within SPACE. Priority should be given to those buildings highlighted as Red under the Rag rating. All red buildings should be audited within a 12 month period. After an audit it is the PEA's responsibility to highlight discrepancies with the FM and once agreed take ownership of updating occupancy data. A review of all meeting rooms should be included within the floor plan audit, highlighting rooms booked, but not in use. Establish strong working relationships with all with key stakeholders (Estates, HR, and Construction, IT etc.) to ensure feasibility is fully approved before solutions pass to the property delivery team To develop a strong understanding of property within certain conurbations and associated future plans To develop a detailed awareness of space availability within certain key strategic buildings and track ongoing utilisation Work in line with agreed standards and processes ensuring continuity with the rest of the team To identify opportunities to introduce smarter working solutions across the office portfolio Ensure all property core data is regularly refreshed and improved Qualifications Person Specification Self-motivated, with exceptional organisation skills and proven ability to meet targets and deadlines Strong expertise in analysis of data/facts and strategy development Adept and multi-tasking with significant project management and property solution's expertise Excellent IT skills are required and knowledge and experience of using CAD is desired A strong communicator with proven stakeholder management skills, confident in dealing objections whilst remaining customer focused at all times Patient and deta
