This dynamic Bristol office works across health and social care, housing and local and central government throughout the UK. You will be a newly qualified solicitor who is looking to join a commercial property department of a top firm advising healthcare clients on property matters. You will be taking on an existing workload, dealing with matters ranging from the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings through to the ongoing management of property portfolios. Any experience gained in these areas along with landlord and tenant and conveyancing experience will be desirable. This opening offers genuine career prospects for an ambitious solicitor who has strong communication skills and an interest and desire to work with both private and public clients.
