Overview
With over 30 years` experience and a genuine passion for giving our customers a Great Night`s slee p, we`re Britain`s leading bed specialist.Based at our Bedquarters in High Wycombe, you`ll be part of our customer service team. This role is part time and will include working Saturday`s. As well as a competitive hourly rate we`ll provide you with all the training you need - including a comprehensive induction programme. Key Responsibilities: -All customers are treated in an efficient and friendly manner, delivering world class customer service -Responding to all written customer queries, including but not limited to; Social media queries and all Zendesk queries -Working on live chat, dealing with multiple customers simultaneously -Work closely with other business departments Skills & Experience: - Previous Customer Service experience (minimum 6 months), and passionate about delivering a great Customer Journey - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to learn IT systems and retain information - Team player - Highly organised and capable of planning and prioritising tasks - Confident and able to use initiative - Ability to multi-task - Process payments - Great listening and questioning skills - Remains calm under pressure - Accurate with data input and attention to detail What we can offer you: - Competitive salary - Generous staff discount - On-site parking - On-site gym - Training and development Apply now
