Overview
This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a creative person to work in a ‘craft' office who specialise in customising clothes, shoes and many more amazing features. Your role will predominantly be Customer Service based and helping out with the artistic side of orders. This is a 9 month maternity contract. The company is based in Kenilworth and due to the location you will need to drive. This is a small office with 3 staff members. Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break. Free parking on site. Salary £15,000 - £16,000. Your role will be to be the first point of call for customers ordering the products and packing them up to send out ensuring that all the details are correct and precise. Administration duties. Reordering and replenishing stock. Website orders. You will be very much be involved with the creative part of the role and with training, be able to create orders and make them individual for the customer's needs. No experience necessary. The ideal person must be: Organised. Creative with an artistic flare. Great customer service skills. Hardworking and honest. Competent computer skills.
