Overview
Our client are looking for an experienced fit out Contracts Manager. Duties of the Contracts Manager role will include: Manager multiple projects at one time with site management teams Schemes will include fit out on Student Accommodation, Hotels, Industrial units, Pubs / Bars Devise construction programmes and amend throughout the scheme Manage site teams Liaise with clients and sub contractors chairing meetings Ideal candidates will have fit out experience The role of contract manager comes with a competitive basic salary, company car / allowance.
