Fyte (Find Your Talent Easily) are delighted to be working with a reputable, independent Accountancy firm in Edinburgh who are looking for a Part-Qualified Auditor to join their Audit team in Edinburgh. This position will offer you the chance to work for a growing company, focussed on the quality of their work and professional development. Being a part-qualified auditor with this firm will give you the opportunity to work with clients across a variety of sectors and will allow you to help to further develop the firm's approach to data analytics and different software. You should have strong technical and communication skills, as well as good attention to detail, commercial awareness and PC skills. Tasks in this role will include, but are not limited to: External Audit of Accounts for a varied portfolio of clients, including owner managed businesses, charities and housing associations Liaising and communication with Supervisors, Managers and Partners Developing and maintaining client contact and relationships Ensure that work is completed within the required timescales and to the agreed budget To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Experience of Accounts preparation is essential Part-qualified CA or ACCA Recent external audit experience Recent experience in public practice Willingness to take responsibility and suggest solutions to problems encountered IT literate - Microsoft Office, CCH Audit Automation, SAGE, XERO There is an excellent benefit package involved, as well as the opportunity for fantastic career progression Next steps… If you think this job is for you, please get in touch with Amy Bargh in our Edinburgh office
