Overview

Do you want to be responsible for making sure that patients are treated with the utmost care and safety whilst in their own homes? Bionical Solutions are seeking a Quality Assurance Advisor to work at their head office at Mercia Marina in Willington, South Derby. You'll be ensuring patient pathways, standard operating procedures and legislation is to a gold-standard as well as working with the Quality Manager to make sure our services are the best in the business. So what do Bionical Solutions do? You could be working for a business who empower patients to manage their care within the comfort of their own homes, deliver industry leading software to major pharmaceutical businesses and consult with healthcare professionals to ensure patients are receiving the best medication available. What will you be doing? Your role will orbit around quality improvement, clinical governance, incident management and pharmacovigilance. Responsible for working with the Clinical Quality and Compliance Manager and to support the building and maintenance of the Quality Management System for the company Acts at all times in line with our company values Processes and provides analytical data for incident reporting, including clinical incidents, deviations from standard operating procedures and complaints Use a variety of computer systems and programmes to support the management of the Quality Management System Provides general and clerical support to the Clinical Quality and Compliance Manager, including scanning, photocopying and maintaining reporting databases Support compliance processes across the business Support the Quality team with any external assessments of the business and its processes, ie. CQC inspection Support the embedding of data integrity principles throughout the business Support the quality team with the monitoring and processing of incident reports Be able to produce reports for analysis of incidents Process adverse events in accordance with both internal and client requirements What experience will you need? Degree level education (preferred - not essential) Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Assurance (preferred - not essential) Previous experience in pharmacovigilance (preferred - not essential as full training will be provided) Process management, standards development, change implementation experience (preferred) Good communication skills, both oral and written (essential) Good administrative, planning and organisational skills (essential) Customer-focused, enthusiastic and pro-active (essential) Initiative, coupled with good problem solving and decision-making abilities (essential) Ability to deal confidently with colleagues, regulatory bodies, customers, suppliers and other relevant third parties (essential) Proficiency in use of commonly-used IT platforms and packages (essential) Attention to detail/accuracy (essential) Compliance-focused, with ability to understand and develop quality and compliance processes and systems (essential) Flexible (essential) Positive, enthusiastic approach (essential) At Bionical Solutions, we value having a diverse workforce and welcome applications from anyone able to demonstrate their suitability for the role.
