Change is working with a market leading client based in the outskirts of Glasgow who are looking for Customer Service Administrators to join the business Job Title Customer Service Administrator Salary £9.50 Location Paisley/Renfrew Contract Temporary Key Duties Include: - Using Multiple In-House systems - Inputting orders for Clients and processing Customer information - Responsible for carrying out work to ensure that the clients records are accurate - Identify the key information for each account and record this accurately - Speaking with Clients over the phone regarding their accounts What you will need to have: - Excellent range of PC skills including Excel with both speed and accuracy - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Customer Service experience required - Experience with SAP desired but not essential - Ability to work at part of a team as well as on your own initiative
