Overview
Department: Customer Support Services Closing Date: Friday 10th April 2020 Argyll and Bute Council are looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent within its busy Customer Service Point based in Municipal Buildings, Oban. This is a permanent part time post working 17.5 hours per week. The hours for this post will be from 9am until 12.30pm Monday to Friday. To support the Customer Service Centre to provide a high quality, efficient and effective service to users by providing a high quality, customer-focused service within the Customer Service Centre Team, processing enquiries and requests, offering advice and information on Council Services and carrying out a range of other duties in accordance with Council Policy, service guidelines and procedures Provide an effective and efficient registration service, conducting civil marriages, civil partnerships, citizenship ceremonies, baby naming ceremonies, renewal of marriage vows and associated duties/paperwork including preparation of registers.
